What utilities are included and who do I call to get service?
Residents pay all utilities unless indicated otherwise on the lease.

What is the earliest date I can move in?
The resident move-in date is stated on page 1 of the lease.
If you need an alternative move-in date please contact the property manager.

When I arrive in town, how do I get my keys?
You will receive move-in information the first week of July.

When is rent due?
Semester rent is due on the 1^st of each month
payable through our online portal.

How about Maintenance?
We have full-time maintenance staff and a 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
